Family History Research Project
The Family History Research Project is to be completed and turned in Monday, February 29, 2016.
Please follow the format below:
1. Talk to your relatives to obtain information regarding your family’s history. If possible have your parents help you to research your family’s history as far back as possible. This will include if your family originally lived in another state other than Illinois, or another country.
2. Once you have gathered all the information you will neatly hand write in cursive or type your report, which should be 2-3 pages in length. Include a bibliography, which lists the sources you used to compile your information, along with pictures if you have them.
3. Your final report will consist of three parts: a title page, the report and the bibliography.
4. On the due date Monday February 29, 2016, we will present the projects to our class.
5. Students are invited to bring in food and artifacts to share with their classmates. This is optional.
